hmm
When he said "the shading on the left foot" he probably meant it was just off proportionally. I can see his point being the left is forward(at least in the kneecap) and somehow has less light shading but really it's the shape of the leg. A simple solution would be just to change the angle of the foot- I'd probably try to go for having the toes in line with the other foot with her heel off the ground to make her right leg the one she's balancing on.
Other than that, FrostDrive p. much said everything I was about to say.
Hmm, I think I see what you mean. You know I might just redraw this, the leg is somewhat off thanks to the shading. If I showed the bones it would make sense, but the shading makes the leg look a little twisted

I know the feeling
Drawn with mouse?
Shit man, invest in a tablet.
But yeah, my guess that the reason you couldn't get the eyes right was because the forehead is a bit too big. Overall its not bad, especially for mouse drawing, but the color seems bland.
I was going for a little more subtle color to get a more Gothic look.
I'd love to get a tablet. Was talking about that today *LOL*
decent effort
There's still a lot you need to work on though.
Most of it is off proportionally- neck is too thick, arms and body don't seem natural and the 3/4s view on the face looks strange. A couple of other nitpicks would be the hair seems to just sever around the ear and doesn't seem to flow correctly in the darker areas.
My suggestion is completely redo the face proportionally and do a better job on the body, or vice-versa. The fact they don't really seem to match bothers me the most.
