The shoulder-line is not good; instead of attempting to mask it with the hair you should have fixed it. Notably the thumb in the hand is too large and weird looking, and the right shoulder's elbow is too far down.

Clearly you focused a lot on perfecting the butt, which isn't surprising. Instead of focusing on fox butts you should focus on better human proportion.

I am not impressed

The face is horrendous. The ears and the direction the face is pointing do not match. Not to mention the overall shape of the face and the expression are terrible as well. You need more practice, preferably with human characters.
